  • Our classes are small and personal to ensure every client receives the highest level of instructor attention and hands-on guidance. Mat Pilates sessions are limited to a maximum of six clients, while our holistic offerings, such as sound baths and yin yoga, are capped at seven.

  • All equipment is provided, You do not need to bring a mat. For our mat Pilates sessions, specialised Pilates socks are not required, though you are welcome to wear them if you prefer. We suggest clothing that allows for ease of movement and comfort. For yin yoga and sound baths, simply arrive in relaxed, cozy attire that supports gentle movement and deep rest. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water to all classes to keep you hydrated throughout your practice.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to support all levels. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with our Signature Plaiie class. Once you feel confident, you can progress to our Strength Plaiie class, where light weights and resistance are introduced to further enhance your session.

  • Each of our classes is 45 minutes in length (with the exception of our ‘Express’ classes, which are 30-minutes). To ensure a calm and unhurried start, we kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before class. This allows you time to settle in, connect with your instructor, and prepare your mind and body for practice.

  • Yes — our studio is located on a residential street with free, unrestricted street parking. Spaces are generally easy to find; however, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class to allow extra time during busier periods and to settle in before your session begins.
